The National Agency for Overcoming Extreme Poverty (ANSPE) is a national government agency that oversees social marketing strategies for the poorest and most vulnerable populations in Colombia. To achieve this goal, the Agency encourages family and community support, the supply of public institutions, private social investment, and social innovation initiatives that affect the quality of life for families and communities with extreme poverty.

Organization Mission

We aim to participate in the formulation of public policy to overcome extreme poverty and implement the Network Strategy STATES (Colombia's national strategy to overcome extreme poverty), through family and community support, the management of public and private supply, promoting social innovation, and supporting territorial institutional strengthening in order to promote access to opportunities of extremely poor households.
